Changed your mind
If Zmarga is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying and you will get your money back in full. No reason needed. Once refunded, the licence ends and its key should no longer be used.
The free trial is there so you can try Zmarga on your own code before you pay, so please use it first.
Renewals
The same applies to a renewal: ask within 14 days of renewing.
How to ask
Email [email protected] with your order number, or use the refund link in your receipt from FastSpring. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Your rights under Australian law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy limits those rights, or your rights under the consumer laws of the country you live in.
